Ordering & Payment
1. How can I place an order?
Placing an order on Veranise is simple:
Browse our collection, select the item you love, and click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your purchase securely. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption.
3. Is sales tax included in the price?
In accordance with Canadian tax regulations, sales tax is not included in the displayed product prices. The applicable tax rate (GST, HST, and/or PST) will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping destination province. For example, orders shipping within Ontario are subject to 13% HST.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@veranise.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return it after delivery.

5. How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
We are proud to offer Free Shipping across Canada on all orders.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
6. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada. We are working on expanding to the US and international markets soon—stay tuned!
Returns & Issues
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
We package our lighting with extreme care, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@veranise.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
9. Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
