We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, regardless of order size or value.
Below, you’ll find the details of our shipping process:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipment to ensure they are securely and safely packaged.
Shipping and Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days across Canada.
Delivery times may vary depending on your province, weather conditions, and local carrier operations.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time: 8–14 business days
(1–2 business days for processing + 7–12 business days for shipping)
Cut-off time for orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada.
There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.
Sales Tax:
In accordance with Canadian tax regulations, sales tax is not included in the displayed product prices. The applicable tax rate (GST, HST, and/or PST) will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination province. For orders shipping within Ontario, a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% will be applied.
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
This allows you to monitor your package and know exactly when to expect delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery across Canada:
- Canada Post — Expedited Parcel, Regular Parcel, or Xpresspost (primary carrier for most orders)
- UPS Standard / UPS Ground — alternative for select shipments
- FedEx Ground — alternative for select shipments
- Purolator — for urban deliveries in select Canadian regions
- International courier partners (DHL eCommerce and third-party logistics) — for orders fulfilled from international warehouses
The specific carrier assigned to your order depends on the destination province, package weight, and origin warehouse. Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name and a tracking link so you know exactly who is delivering your package.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Veranise ships only to addresses within Canada.
International shipping is currently not available.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses.
Please note: we currently do not ship to Quebec due to language compliance requirements (Bill 96).
